We have a strong track record of working on middle to senior level appointments both here in the UK and overseas. Summit Search is our retained Executive Search division. Summit Selection is our advertised selection division and is aimed at Middle Management appointments.

Andrew has been working in Executive Search since 1986. He has covered a broad range of sectors and disciplines ‘on the ground’ in the UK, Mainland Europe, the Middle East, India and throughout Australasia.
Andrew specialises in recruiting Senior Executive level appointments. Prior to founding Summit, he was a European Board Director at Nicholson International. He also has previous military experience having been awarded an Army Undergraduate Bursary for the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and serving with the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC).
Joanne has been working in Executive Search since 2001. Throughout this time, she has worked exclusively within the Commercial Real Estate sector, developing an in-depth knowledge of the industry and an extensive network of market contacts.
Having started her property recruitment career with Kerr Ingram before joining Summit in 2005, Joanne has been responsible for a variety of high profile appointments across the industry.
As well as being a licensed PPA practitioner with Thomas International (from 2013) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), she is a graduate who holds CIPD qualifications in Recruitment Selection, Resourcing Talent and Career Coaching.
