Summit were tasked with sourcing a Pan-European Fund Manager for a major institutional client based in Paris. The challenge with this assignment was to identify a bi-lingual candidate with proven pan-European fund management experience within a very niche and highly competitive French market.
As a result, we recommended and undertook an Executive Search of the wider European market which, in addition to Paris, included cities such as Brussels, Munich and London.
The crucial element here was the ability to assess each candidate’s cultural fit as well as their specific technical expertise. This project was completed within the time frame agreed and the selected candidate relocated from the UK to France for the role.
