Summit were retained on a Head of Operations (Board level) appointment for a high profile real estate fund management client. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the candidate needed to be a qualified accountant (ideally ACA) with an understanding of real estate finance as well as operations.
The recruitment process on this occasion was a combination of Executive Search and an online Advertisement. This allowed us to reach a much wider target market and increased our potential talent pool. The extensive screening period involved an in depth interview, followed by a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) conducted via our Thomas International on-line platform.
The results of both provided the client with a particularly accurate summary of each candidate well in advance of their final round of client interviews. The successful candidate moved from a competitor business and is currently in situ.
