Summit were retained on an Investment Director role for a private property company based in London. The focus of the role was on sourcing and transacting ‘value-add’ real estate investment/development deals (off-market) in the Central London and Regional City markets.
In line with the brief, we prepared a long-list of Acquisitions/Transactions professionals within London based property companies, private equity firms and entrepreneurial fund managers, which was discussed with the client prior to ‘going out to market’. In conjunction, we widened the target market by advertising the role on a national basis (through a professionally designed print advertisement in the property press).
The recruitment campaign was a success and the appointed candidate is performing well in their new role. Having maintained contact through the first few months of their employment, the hiring client was delighted to inform us that the candidate completed an exceptional deal within a few months of joining the company.
