Summit worked exclusively with a global fund manager to hire three Portfolio Managers for their UK real estate core (retail and balanced) funds. Due to the fact that three roles were to be filled, Summit needed to reach out to a greater volume of candidates.
A sustained advertising campaign was suggested as the most effective way for the positions to be filled. Print and online advertisements were professionally designed to outline each position.
These were published for a four week continuous period. Displaying the client logo meant that competitors in the market would see that our client was not only hiring three professionals but also growing.
In this way the four individual advertisements did more than just attract potential candidates. Effectively they also served as a highly visible four week marketing campaign. Summit managed the entire process from inception to completion with all three positions being successfully filled.
