Summit Search and Selection Ltd were retained by our company to conduct an executive search for a Director of Retail Asset Management. This was a senior role for us and we wanted to appoint a firm that were both well connected and well placed for a search of this type. Summit listened to the brief carefully, advised where applicable, and went away and delivered to the timescales laid out at the start of the assignment. I found the quality of candidates presented to be high and also the ‘range’ of candidates to be good. In terms of the short listed candidates it was clear that Summit knew who the right players were in the market. The process throughout the exercise was well managed. We received weekly updates making the process both seamless and transparent. The assignment was completed on-time and for the agreed ‘fixed fee’. We knew what we would pay, in total, before we started the assignment (even if a higher salary was eventually offered) and again we appreciated this level of transparency. The consultants were also a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to engage Summit again for another senior level executive search in the future.
