Joanne Cuckson
Joanne Cuckson

With over 20 years of Executive Search experience, specialising exclusively in Real Estate, Joanne has been responsible for a variety of high-profile appointments across the industry. Focusing on the Commercial, Alternatives and Residential Real Estate sectors, she has represented many of the industry’s leading investment managers, property companies, investment banks and private equity firms. As a journalism graduate, Joanne brings her highly adept communication skills, resourcefulness and creativity to the field of Executive Search. As well as being a licensed PPA practitioner with Thomas International, she holds CIPD qualifications in Recruitment Selection, Resourcing Talent and Career Coaching.

Joanne is an empathetic and diligent professional who is motivated by helping people and businesses. She is extremely tenacious with an intuitive and approachable style. As a former county gymnast for Yorkshire & Humberside, nowadays Joanne enjoys keeping fit through yoga and fitness classes. She is passionate about animal welfare and volunteers for the RSPCA. She is also a published children’s author.

Andrew Livesey
Andrew Livesey

Andrew specialises in C-suite appointments and has been working in Executive Search for over 30 years. He has covered a broad range of sectors and disciplines ‘on the ground’ in the UK, Mainland Europe, the Middle East, India and throughout Australasia. Prior to founding Summit, he was a European Board Director at Nicholson International with full P&L responsibility for the London, Paris, Frankfurt and Stockholm offices. He has previous military experience having been awarded an Army Undergraduate Bursary for the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and serving with the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC). Andrew is an alumnus of the London Business School having completed the Accelerated Development Programme (ADP).

Andrew is an articulate and engaging professional who is passionate about leadership and team building. He is highly energised and a natural ‘people person’. Fitness is important to Andrew and he enjoys a wide variety of sports; he is a ‘Boot Camp’ instructor and runs/cycles on a weekly basis. He was also a player/member at The Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club.
